About Wimsey Cherrington

Wimsey's diverse background gives her a unique perspective on living life to the fullest with a minimum of pain. For more than 20 years, Wimsey has provided manual therapy services with a gentle, respectful touch that reflects her belief in providing extraordinary customer service. Having graduated from three bodywork schools and thousands of hours of professional continuing education classes, Wimsey is committed to ongoing professional development as part of her dedication to helping people recover from injuries and chronic pain. She also developed and teaches very popular Strain/CounterStrain and Positional Release classes for licensed massage practitioners and physical therapists.

Wimsey has a strong commitment to giving back to her community and her profession: she has been a board member of several nonprofit organizations and has volunteered for the Multiple Sclerosis Association and the Northwest Trager Association for many years. She is currently team manager for the Seattle Slam quad rugby team and vice president of the US Quad Rugby Association.
